AR9999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ar9999 ("ar9999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your registration, access to, and use of the ar9999 website at ar9999.ws and all associated services including sports betting, online casino, virtual sports, card games, Aviator, and the live cricket score section.

By clicking "Register", completing the registration form, or by logging into an existing ar9999 account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting in your jurisdiction.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate and complete.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use ar9999's services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or platform notification.

To use any real-money feature of ar9999 you must create an account. Registration is free. The following eligibility requirements apply to all players:

ar9999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time. You may be asked to submit a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is standard and is in place to protect all players.

All transactions on ar9999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Processing times shown above are indicative. Actual times may vary depending on network conditions, payment provider systems, and account verification status. ar9999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has previously been used to make a deposit into your ar9999 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. ar9999 does not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets belonging to other individuals under any circumstances.

ar9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds Rs 50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Complying with these requests is a condition of receiving your withdrawal.

ar9999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. The following rules apply universally to all ar9999 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Live casino games, virtual sports, and card games may contribute at a lower rate. Aviator contribution rates are stated in each relevant promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Maximum Bet: When wagering with an active bonus, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per bet. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Misuse: ar9999 reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts, or abuse of the refer-a-friend programme.

The following rules apply to all betting activity across ar9999's sports betting, casino, virtual sports, card games, and Aviator products.

Sports Betting

• Bets are final once confirmed on screen. ar9999 does not cancel confirmed bets except in cases of obvious pricing errors or event abandonment.
• In the event of match abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules of the relevant sport — for cricket, if fewer than the minimum required overs have been completed, bets are generally voided. Specific rules for each sport are available in the betting rules section of the ar9999 platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to market availability. ar9999 reserves the right to suspend any live market at any time.
• ar9999 reserves the right to limit or restrict maximum stake sizes for individual players or markets. This is applied at the platform's discretion and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") — odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided by ar9999 even after a bet has been placed.

Casino and Card Games

• All random number generator (RNG) casino games use certified RNG software audited by independent third-party laboratories. Results are random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Disconnections during a live casino game round do not void the round. If you are disconnected mid-round, the round will be completed according to the game's internal logic and the result applied to your account on reconnection.
• Card game hand histories and game logs are maintained by ar9999 for a minimum of 90 days and are available to players on request for dispute resolution purposes.

Aviator

• Aviator is a crash-style game. The multiplier at which you cash out determines your return. If the round ends before you cash out, your bet is lost.
• Auto cash-out features are provided as a convenience. ar9999 is not liable for auto cash-out failures resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

ar9999 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Automated Betting Software (Bots): Using any software, script, or automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the ar9999 platform is prohibited.
• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage — particularly in card games and tournaments — is prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events that you have any involvement in fixing or influencing is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: If you become aware of a bug, technical error, or pricing anomaly that provides an unfair advantage, you are required to report it to ar9999 immediately. Taking advantage of such errors is prohibited and any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: ar9999 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Using the platform to process, obscure, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities is prohibited. We report suspicious transactions as required by applicable laws.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account per person for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses or evade restrictions, is prohibited.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment methods will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable.

ar9999 is strongly committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players maintain control of their betting activity, and we expect all players to use the platform responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap how much you can add to your account in a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a session duration reminder to be notified when you have been logged in for a specified amount of time.
• Loss Limits: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the next period begins.

You may close your ar9999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@ar9999.ws. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

ar9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited behaviour as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, ar9999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

ar9999 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar9999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits as a result of service interruption not caused by ar9999's direct negligence.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Technical failures on the player's device, browser, or internet connection.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the ar9999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ar9999's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ar9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By creating an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By registering with ar9999 you agree to receive transactional communications (account activity, deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, security alerts). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Players who have self-excluded are automatically removed from all marketing communications.

ar9999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary to provide our services — for example, payment processors who need transaction details to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.

ar9999's Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The following rules apply specifically to the referral programme:

• The referred player must be a genuine new user — not a duplicate account, not a household member already registered, and not a person who has previously held an ar9999 account.
• Referral rewards are credited once the referred player has met the qualifying deposit and wagering threshold stated in the programme terms.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to create a secondary account — are prohibited and will result in closure of both accounts.
• ar9999 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Refer a Friend programme at any time with reasonable notice to participants.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which ar9999 holds its gaming licence. By using the platform you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for any dispute arising from these Terms.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your ar9999 account or a bet settlement, please follow this process:

1. Contact ar9999 customer support via live chat or email at support@ar9999.ws with full details of your complaint.
2. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
